Sometimes it's satisfying to ruin things! 😆
I got a much needed upgrade for my videography gear with a streight and curved slider from ProaimGlobal and what could be a better opportunity to test it out than the dio! I wish I had this when I made the how-to video.
I know I didn't follow many of the conventional methods when I did this track, but I am so glad that I challenged myself to find alternate mathods. Even after one year of a lot of movement and long exposures to sun in 35-40 degree C, it looks as good as it did the day after I finished detailing it. This thing is going to stay!

Took the diorama out for same fresh photos today. Lighting was not great but it is fresh out of the SD card all right! More to come.
I realized that I never published the outtakes of the diorama from a year ago! So you will see a few of these in the coming days. :)

Who thinks that this view is scary? Opening up a steam locomotive is always intimidating, but it is also satisfying when it all works out. Stay tuned for video showing the result. 😁
We often don't realize that these little engines are run by people too! Here is a rare shot of Bob the engineer looking ahead to wait for the signal that clears him over the draw bridge.
